Looking for Full Time Retail Sales Executive and Store Manager for International Sports Brand
Salary:
Junior Retail : $1,500 - $1,700 (Basic) + Commission
Senior Retail: $1,800 - $2,000 (Basic) + Commission
Store Manager: Up to $3,000 (Basic)
Location: East or Central area
Job description (sales executive):
Greet customers who enter the store
Be involved in stock control and management
Assisting shoppers to find the products that they are looking for
Answering queries from customers
Giving advice on product selection to customers
Responsible for card and cash payments
Support all other retail operations as advised by supervisor
Job description (store manager):
Plan sales targets and increasing profits
Dealing with customer service issues such as complaints
Overseeing stock control and receiving orders
Maintaining the budgets and expenditure
Being able to effectively lead teams
Able to maximize customer satisfaction
Able to manage stressful situations
Requirements:
Cheerful and positive attitude
Retail experience in the fashion/sports industry would be preferred
