Receptionist/ Office Admin
JOB SUMMARY
We are a growing global company involved in the aesthetics & lifestyle industry, looking for a passionate individual to join our dynamic team.
Reporting to the Head of Department, the candidate will perform office receptionist duties and fill in administrative and office support activities as needed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform receptionist duties such as directing/handling phone calls and queries
• Greeting and assisting walk-in guests
• Scheduling of appointments
• Booking of meeting rooms
• Managing reservations with 3rd parties
• Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally
• Work closely with the branch in-charge to achieve the sales objectives set
• Administrative and general clerical duties
• Provide general assistance to the greater team as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma preferred, non-diploma holders may be considered
• 1+ Year working experience preferred
• Professional demeanor, proactive and positive attitude
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Accuracy, attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Solid computer skills & MS Office efficiency
• Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
• Must be willing to work 5.5 day work week
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
