Operations Executive
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for driven individuals with a passion for service to join our growing team. This individual should be an eager learner and someone who displays enthusiasm and excitement to work in a fast-paced environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure maintenance and upkeep of clinics island wide
• Assist in clinic renovation and leasing duties
• Support daily operation needs of clinics
• Handle various licences of clinics/doctors
• Handle IT and machine requirement of clinics
• Manage all telecommunication, electricity contracts
• Maintain and track all hardware/software needed in all clinics
• Assist with MOH inspection
• Admin duties
• Perform any duties as allocated
• Any other ad-hoc duties when assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Pleasant disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changes
• Willing to learn, enjoy working in a team and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Able to do night works if required
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities
• Excellent project coordination and time management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and work with a sense of urgency under datelines and pressure
• Experience in facilities and building management
• Resourceful and able to handle external vendors in professional manner
• Possess strong organizational skills and be able to multi-task
• Must be hands-on and able to prioritize work
• Reliable, driven and with a high level of accuracy
• Creative and able to think out-of-the-box, with good problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous in admin and paper work
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, like Microsoft Work, Excel, Powerpoint
• Being able to do maintenance work would be an advantage
• Having minimum 2 years of working experience in similar or related functions would be an advantage
