JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a passionate, hands-on and driven individual to join our growing team. Working closely with the Management and other departments, the person for this role will attend to customers’ enquiries and support the image of the company. The fast-paced environment here at our Clinic will provide various stimuli and opportunities for growth and development.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist doctor during treatment
• Maintain good customer relationship and patients records
• Engage, consult and advice customers on treatments, packages and products.
• To assist front desk duties; patients enquiries, phone enquires, appointment scheduling.
• Maintain linen and product levels in the treatment rooms, ensure trolleys are stocked, cleaned and organised as per the established standards.
• Adhere to the opening and closing procedures of treatment rooms, and report any maintenance issues to the Manager.
• Maintain a sound knowledge of all treatments, packages and promotions.
• Participate in demonstrations when required.
• Ensure that daily treatments are accurately recorded.
• Maintain the highest standard service by following the standards and displaying genuine care and attention to details.
• Ensure confidentiality at all times including data protection, medical details and any information provided in confidence by the patient.
• Perform all treatments in a professional, hygienic and safe manner.
• Be responsible for the cleanliness, sterilisation and hygiene of all equipments, products and linens in the treatment and preparation areas, as per established standards.
• Adhere to the established safety procedures.
• Perform any other duties as directed.
